Rising Edge D&O to K2: A note to our brokers regarding continuity of service during this transition

LONDON – 1st February 2026 – Rising Edge Ltd, today confirmed the sale of Rising Edge D&O Ltd, its Management Liability business, to K2 International.

Rising Edge and K2 have worked closely together to carefully prepare the transition, and to ensure that our brokers and their clients receive continued level of service during this transition.

What changes?

All policies with an inception date prior to 1st February 2026 remain under the management and responsibility of Rising Edge. Including MTAs related to these policies and claims.

The Operation team of Rising Edge will continue handling the in-force portfolio.

The Claims handling unit of Rising Edge will continue servicing the claims.

Renewals and New Business with an inception date from 1st February 2026 are to be directed to the D&O team at K2 international. Please contact:
