Rising Edge has announced that Amaniki, its specialist mergers and acquisitions underwriting agency, has rebranded as Rising Edge M&A (REMA), and has appointed Janin Kauffmann as Managing Director.

Despite difficult market conditions with falling prices and strong competition, the expected consolidation among underwriters failed to materialise.
